Monday - Legs & GLutes (using high reps instead of heavy weights)
Tuesday - Chest & Shoulders
Wednesday - Cardio Only
Thursday - Legs & Glutes (high reps and lots of plyometrics)

Saturday - Cardio Only
Sunday - REST
